Wood Spoonmaking Gallery - PDF Article
[724k]
Each issue of WOODWORK includes a Gallery section of images, usually
related to one or more articles. In the interest of calling attention
to contemporary spoonmaking this Gallery displayed the work of 12
spoonmakers who are producing distinctive work.
Please Note: The quality of the images in
this PDF does not do justice to the photos nor to the spoons themselves.
Apologies are extended to the makers, their photographers and to
WOODWORK editor John Lavine who produces outstanding articles. Also, the
type face is not the one used in the magazine.
"European Buckthorn:Problem for Ecosystems, Opportunity for Woodworkers",
WOODWORK #67, February 2001 - PDF
article [460K]
Please Note: It was necessary to alter the
typeface to enable these articles to appear as a PDF document. Also,
the photographs, as they appear here, are much diminished in clarity.
The articles are much more attractive in their original
WOODWORK versions.
WOODWORK is an excellent publication and I am proud to have
my work in its pages. I urge woodworkers and wood enthusiasts who
don't yet know of it to look at a copy. If it can't readily be found
locally copies can be purchased from:
